We have selected four projects as part of our "New Incubation Research Center."
Under its management philosophy of "Borderless Academic Enterprise" (connecting interdisciplinary and internationally, transcending the barriers between local and international communities), Hiroshima University, based on its outstanding research capabilities, aims to build an interdisciplinary ecosystem that serves as a hub for a "virtuous cycle of people, knowledge, and resources" by certifying and supporting teams conducting interdisciplinary research and research toward social implementation as "New Incubation Research Centers," thereby fostering the sustainable formation of new priority research centers.
We recently conducted an internal call for proposals for a "New Incubation Research Center" that promotes interdisciplinary research and the social implementation of research results, and selected four projects.
This program supports research teams that conduct activities that lead to the creation of innovation and the resolution of regional issues, based on their outstanding research capabilities, and aims to foster their development into new priority research centers at our university.
